Our Commitment to Intellectual Property

We actively protect intellectual property rights and expect others to do the same. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Section 512(c), copyright owners can submit takedown notices to our DMCA Agent. As a service provider, we qualify for DMCA “safe harbor” immunity from infringement claims.

How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Claim

To file a valid infringement claim, include:

Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or authorized agent
Description of your copyrighted work
Location of the infringing content (specific URLs help us locate the content quickly)
Your contact details: name, address, email, phone, and fax
Your good faith statement confirming unauthorized use
Your statement confirming accurate information and your authority to act for the copyright owner

Note: Under Title 17 USC §512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents information in a takedown notice faces civil damages, including legal fees.

Submitting Your Claim

Send all notices through our Contact page, preferably by email for fastest response. We may share your claim details with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification Process

If we remove your content due to a copyright claim, you can submit a counter notification. Include:

Your physical or electronic signature
Description and original location of the removed content
Your statement under perjury confirming good faith belief in wrongful removal
Your contact information and consent to legal jurisdiction
Your acceptance of process service from the original claimant

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright infringement very seriously.

Pursuant to the repeat infringer policy requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We maintain a list of DMCA notices from copyright holders and make a good faith effort to identify any repeat infringers.

Those that violate our internal repeat infringer policy will have their accounts terminated.
